Mexico Real Estate Exam Passed

Employees of Japan Club have passed the PIC certification exam administered by the Mexican real estate industry organization AMPI (Asociación Mexicana de Profesionales Inmobiliarios) in Mexico City.

Previously, our chairman, Kazumi Kawakami, had already obtained this certification. With these new achievements, we now have the second and third PIC-certified members within our company.

The PIC certification is considered one of the most respected qualifications in the real estate industry in Mexico City. For our company, which operates in the Mexican real estate market, this certification serves as an important indicator of professional expertise and credibility.

In addition, the employees who passed the exam plan not only to build on their achievements in Mexico but also to challenge the Japanese national real estate qualification, the Real Estate Transaction Specialist (Takken). We look forward to their continued success in the future.
