We organize key information such as rent, maintenance fees, deposit terms, availability, lease conditions, and any notable features or considerations—so you can narrow down the best candidates efficiently.

Viewings & On-Site Due Diligence

We coordinate property visits and verify operational feasibility on-site.
For offices, we focus on layout potential, natural light, noise, and access. For food & beverage, we check plumbing, gas, exhaust/ventilation, and neighborhood restrictions. For warehouses, we confirm loading access, ceiling height, floor load capacity, and logistics flow—based on your business requirements.

Application Preparation & Negotiation

We organize the required information and documents to keep the process moving without delays.
At the same time, we negotiate key terms such as rent, free rent periods, deposit amount, lease term, renewal conditions, restoration requirements, and the scope/conditions for any fit-out or renovations.

Contracting & Pre-Move Support

We review the contract terms, coordinate with all parties (landlord, property management, brokers), and support you through signing.
After signing, we help coordinate essential pre-move preparations—such as internet setup, interior work, signage, key handover, and building rules—so you can start operations smoothly.

We act as your primary point of contact after move-in for issue coordination and follow-up.
