For offices, we focus on layout potential, natural light, noise, and access. For food & beverage, we check plumbing, gas, exhaust/ventilation, and neighborhood restrictions. For warehouses, we confirm loading access, ceiling height, floor load capacity, and logistics flow—based on your business requirements.

Application Preparation & Negotiation

At the same time, we negotiate key terms such as rent, free rent periods, deposit amount, lease term, renewal conditions, restoration requirements, and the scope/conditions for any fit-out or renovations.

Contracting & Pre-Move Support
