In addition to brokerage services, we also provide management services during the rental period to ensure our clients have a comfortable life in Mexico. When you move in, you will download an app (WhatsApp) similar to Japan's LINE onto your mobile phone. This will allow you to create a group. Members will be the tenant, landlord, the client's real estate broker, a Japan Club representative, and our support desk.
We will have open and prompt communication within this group. Generally, tenants will contact their landlords in English or Spanish, but please rest assured that the Japan Club will also prepare the necessary communication materials.

We will support you in building a relationship by providing coaching on everything from language usage to the timing of messages, so that communication with your Mexican landlord goes smoothly.
We will create a What's App group with the landlord, customer, our customer support, and staff to understand the situation.
If there are any problems with the landlord or the property, our customer support will act as an intermediary in the transaction.
We will be there for you from contract renewal to moving out, and will support you. In the unlikely event that a dispute arises regarding the deposit upon moving out, we will act as a third party to resolve the issue.
